Shipping Schedule for FreshSuccess steak Premium business development packages:
All Premium steak business development packages are shipped UPS second day air delivery, and we do not schedule deliveries for weekends.

Because our steaks are fresh hand cut at the time of shipping, please allow three business days for order processing.

Please be advised that severe weather and other significant and uncontrollable events may cause delays in shipment. We will always try to keep you informed of such delays and will make every attempt to ensure your package arrives at its destination on time. To ensure prompt delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete information voids our guarantee. Please double-check all addresses.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Address corrections will be charged an additional $15 each. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

For your convenience, FreshSuccess has instructed UPS to release your order without signature, just in case you are not home to receive your delivery.

Packaging
FreshSuccess has taken every precaution to ensure your steaks are delivered in perfect condition.

• Each FreshSuccess steak is individually wrapped in vacuum-packed Cryovac® plastic
• Ice-cold gel-packs keep the steaks cool in transit
• Steaks and gel packs are placed in a thick Styrofoam cooler
• The cooler is placed in a heavy-duty cardboard box for an additional layer of protection.

The thick Styrofoam cooler and gel-packs are reusable. Please recycle.

Remember, FreshSuccess steaks are never frozen. When you receive your FreshSuccess package, place the steak items into your refrigerator immediately if you plan on eating them within one week. Otherwise, note the date and place them in the freezer for storing. Always keep your steaks in their Cryovac packaging until you are ready to prepare them.

Shipping Business Development packages
Please keep in mind that the entire contents of your shopping cart must ship to the same address. Each business development package you send to a unique address must be a separate order - including items selected for yourself! Please note that although we do not require a signature to deliver your business development packages, it is important to make sure your recipient be available to store the Premium/perishable items the day he or she receives them.

All of our business development packages are of the highest quality available. All perishable items are USDA inspected, which means it not only meets our rigid standards, but the U.S. government's, too. In order to make sure our perishable selections arrive on time and in perfect shape, our package sets ship in well-protected boxes and are delivered by UPS, per your shipment choice, anywhere in the continental United States.

Hawaii and Canada Delivery
